  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • Ice
  • 250 ml of milk
  • Chocolate sirup

DIRECTIONS:

-In a blender add all the ingredients and mix. Some people ask me what blender do I use ?? Blueberry Mint Mocktail

We’re gonna start off by making the simple syrup that you can store and you can keep this in your refrigerator and use it for so many different cocktails drinks you’re going to need equal parts of sugar equal parts of water you’re gonna bring that up to a boil as soon as it starts boiling you’re gonna turn the stove off and at this point, all of that sugar will have dissolved into the water.

Now you’re gonna add your vanilla extract to it and just set that aside let it cool once it has cooled down completely you can transfer it to a bottle where you will be storing it.

Know it looked like a lot of sugar when I poured it into the pan but keep in mind you’re only going to be needing about 1 tablespoon every time that you use it.

I’m using blueberries as the base so I’m filling the cup up to a third of the way and I’m adding one mint leaf and now I’m going to start kind of muddling it if you don’t have a muddler you can totally use like a wooden spoon or anything that has kind of like a pureeing everything down into the bottom of the glass.

Now we’re going to start adding that vanilla syrup that I made earlier and I used about two and a half tablespoons then I top it with ice all the way to the top I highly recommend using crushed ice.

 I am obsessed with Sonic ice or so but I’m using the Pacheco you can also use just regular club soda seltzer water anything that you want I left the Pacheco cause it’s super carbonated and it gives you that like soda type of feel then I squeezed a half of a lemon on top and I went ahead a garnish it with more blueberries and mint leaves.

  • 2 tsp coffee powder
  • 4 pieces of ice cube
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 scoop ice cream
  • 1 cup chilled milk
  • 2 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:

Preparing coffee mixture: In a small cup add 2 tsp coffee powder 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water and mix well.

-In a blender add 4 pieces ice cube, 2 scoop ice cream, 1 cup chilled milk and your coffee mixture, mix well, and there you have your perfect Ice cream cold coffee.

  • 3 pieces of ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS:

Preparing dalgona coffee cream: 2 tbsp coffee powder, 2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp water and mix well until you got a beautiful golden mixture.

CLASSIC DALGONA COFFEE

-In the other glass put ice cube, milk then you can add your dalgona coffee cream. Or instead of milk, you can add water. And mix.

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Half lime chopped
  • 6 mint leaves
  • crushed ice
  • club soda

DIRECTIONS:

-Start with 2 teaspoons of sugar and about a half of a lime chopped up this is more lime than you normally use a regular mojito but that’s because you don’t have the alcohol so you want to bump up the flavor by using a little extra lime then you’re going to add about 6 good-sized mint leaves put those right in there with the mixture.

-You’re going to want to muddle which is basically a fancy term for just pushing off everything together in the bottom of the glass and what you’re doing, really is releasing the essential oils of the mint and you are mixing them with the citrus to get a really nice balance of flavor.

-Now you only need to do that about 10 seconds if you do it too much the mint can get a little bitter so you really don’t want that now.

-After you’ve been muddling for a little bit you fill the glass with crushed ice.

-And you’re going to top with club soda, fill it to the top and give it a good stir. There you have a refreshing virgin mojito.

1- KIWI MOJITO

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 kiwi chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp crushed sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 cup sprite and 1/2 cup plain soda

DIRECTIONS:

Preparing kiwi mojito base: in a mixing bowl add 2 kiwi chopped, 1 1/2 tbsp crushed sugar, 1/2 lemon juice, mint leaves and mix (DO NOT PURE IT VERY FINE)

-Take a large juice and coat the edge with lemon juice, add your kiwi mojito base (3-4 tbsp), ice cubes, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/2 sprite, and 1/2 plain soda.

-Add 2 sliced lemon, 2 sliced kiwis, and some mint leaves. There you have a perfect kiwi mojito.
